I have a horrible experience with every single one of your appliances. I moved 1 and 1/2 years ago. Spent a fortune on monogram appliances. But from the first day I've been having problems. 2 of the appliances never worked. They came back numerous times to try to fix it until they told me that it sent me a new one. They installed the new ones, scratched up my entire floor. And I had to pay for the rest of installation because I had the refrigerator freezer with cabinet doors. My induction stove never worked properly. They came to fix it but it's still not working so now that's help me. Don't send somebody else to fix it. I paid top dollar for appliances. I've been living here for 1 and 1/2 years and I still don't have proper use of it. My microwave convection oven broke with no time. They came about five times and every time they tell me. Oh we still don't have the right part, Will need to come back . So I'm still waiting. What's going on here? Did they sell me lemons? I could have used my old appliance and my previous house which is over 20 years old and I would be better off. Is this called customer service? How many days do I have to take off from work to wait for you to come Only to tell me that it's not fixable yet. We'll have to come back.

I think the Monogram Ice maker works great and creating a ball from a nugget. What I wish they would have done is to include in the package a method or tool for creating clear Ice Nuggets. To include a coupon for a company in Louisville is worthless to me because of the shipping costs. I believe there are tools/methods out in the market that could be a better pairing

The Forge Heated Ice Press is a party stopper! Everyone wants to see it and is mesmerized with the way the block of ice transforms into a perfect sphere mold while also showcasing the Monogram symbol. It is a fun way to making drinks and interactive experience with guests you host. Not to say that its not the coolest item to have for yourself when making a drink! It feels like an experience just using it and like you are transformed into some super luxury cocktail bar, from the comfort of your own home.

This is one of the most fun things you can add to your bar and bring out at a party. (But use it all the time.) It is not merely an "ice press" as it is named. It's a crystal ball maker! We have a blast using it and you will too if you have guests over. Everyone will want an ice ball. The Forge itself is a very sturdy appliance. It surprisingly heavy and seems like it will last forever. It comes in an amazing-looking package that includes large, square molds that you place in the freezer to make really huge ice cubes. Then you take a cube using the included tongs, carefully lift the Forge by the round handle on top, and place the ice in the Forge, and then let heat and gravity do the work. The tongs are essential because the Forge gets very hot. In about 60 seconds, the Forge slowly presses down. The ice cube transforms -- as if by magic -- into a crystal ball. Presto! For adult beverages, it's delightful. Seriously, all your guests will want an ice ball, so here's a pro tip. Make ice balls ahead of your party and store them in the freezer.

This ice press is a real conversation piece! Who wants to elevate their entertaining experiences for their guests? We like to entertain a lot, so this has been such a great piece to showcase whenever we have people over. Very fun for our guests (and their kids) to put in the ice cubes and watch the clear crystal-like smooth round ice ball appear. Of course, it's perfect for adult drinks like bourbon, but when we have guests who don't drink alcohol, they used it for their iced coffee (keeps the iced coffee cold without watering it down!). It's a gorgeous piece that is definitely a conversation starter!

I am truly amazed at this ice press. When I pulled it out, I was amazed at how well made and sturdy it was. Along with the ice press it came with a mold for the ice cubes along with a lid while it is freezing. It also came with a very cool ice cube holder. I then filled the ice mold up and put it in the freezer so that I would have a cube for later. After they had froze, I took them out and let the ice sit on the counter for a couple of minutes so that I could get the ice cube out easily. I turned on the ice press and it was ready to go almost instantly. I picked up the ice cube using the tongs provided. I lifted up the top of the ice press and placed the cube in the correct spot. The top lowered down and it started to melt the ice into the sphere that it creates. In hardly no time at all, it was complete. I lifted up the top and the ice sphere was ready. I picked it up with the ice tongs and placed it in my glass. This is such a great addition to my at home bar. I can™™t wait to use it around all my
bourbon aficionados. I will be the talk of the neighborhood. I highly recommend this ice press. It is definitely a high end quality product.

I know it™™s on the luxury end of bar accessories, but now that I have it, I™™m glad I do. There™™s nothing better than serving an old fashion with perfect cube in the middle. It makes the drinks, and I host people enough to where it was worth it. Lovely design. Easy to use and easy to clean.

This Forge Heated Ice Press from Monogram is a master piece in itself. I don't know where to even begin but here we go.
The molds provided allow you to make clear ice in your own freezer! This is something I've not been able to find with any other ice-press I've used. If you're going to spend the time to press your ice you want to start with the best ice you can have. The mold is seamlessly easy to use and you can make several clear ices cubes and set them aside for future use.
Now lets get to the ice-press itself. The design and aesthetics of this ice press is remarkable. It's matte black finish with brush brass is classy and modern at the same time. It fits well with my built in bar and is definitely the center piece.
Once you plug in the ice press it warms up almost instantaneously so you can get right to business. Once it is heated you can get into the business of making the perfect sphere.
I usually let the ice cub rest at room temperature for about 1 or 2 minutes to prevent the potential crack but you can go straight from freezer to press if you're in a rush. But once you put the ice cube the magic starts. Within less than a minute you're able to get a perfect sphere of ice and use the elegant tongs to pull it out. Every time someone new comes to our house they ask for the demonstration of the ice press.
The great thing with this ice press is that you can do back to back pressed ice and never have to worry about trying to warm up the ice press because it got too cold. Additionally the reservoir holds about five to seven presses of ice so you don't have to constantly worry about emptying the water.
If you want a show stopper ice press this is it.

I was sent a Monogram Forge Heated Ice Press to try. I love it! It makes perfect ice spheres. The Forge is beautifully made; truly an impressive ice press. It is very easy to operate, comes with a very nice set of tongs and the ice gems make any beverage appear special.

This ice press is of superb quality and makes the perfect sphere. The look and feel of this Forge is so high quality. The feel in your hand is so solid and well-made of quality. The build quality is very high level and feels extremely durable when used, Takes only a minutes or so to make a perfect sphere of ice for the drink. My friends are all in show when I make them old fashion or other drinks

This new Monogram Forge Heated Ice press is so cool! If you want to take you evening cocktails to the next level you absolutely need to get one of these. This is something that you would see in a high-end luxury bar and will blow your friends away when they come over to hang out. It's a splurge but it is worth it.

We've had this for about a week now, and have entertained twice. No one has seen anything like it, and everyone gathers around! We have a 4pack silicone mold to make the ice blocks. We put it in this machine, and it makes the most amazing crystal clear ball. We had friends making ice balls all night. Some would put it in their coffee mug for an iced nespresso, others were using it with their bourbon. Was an extreme hit. Will be using this for a very long time. If you host - I highly recommend getting this staple piece!
