I have been getting filters by using autoship for years but when I tried to change my credit card number and expiration date LG website would not allow me to make changes. Called support and they could not help me and I could not give them my credit card info for them to make the changes nor could I purchase filters through them. Had to get my wife to create her own account and have her order the air filters....absolutely disgusting support

The new unit came with one installed so suggest making that more clear on the website. Also I paid for expedited delivery because I thought I was paying for an expedited delivery of my refrigerator - that did not turn out to be the case - it was only the filter I payed to have expedited. --/

The air filter and water filter work fine. The problem was the air filter had a white case around it and wouldnt fit in the case the old filter came out of. After getting through the maze of who to call on the LG website I finally talked to someone and was told it was the correct filter. I again explained it was 1/4 to 3/8 too large. The solution was Just take the cover off. I said Id try that but if it didnt work would I receive a refund as I was told that was the solution. I was assured a note was made to allow a refund if it didnt work. It did fit without the case. My frustration is have to jump through hoops to be told to change the product that was supposed to fit.

The app encouraged me to get both an air filter and water filter when I put in my refrigerator model. I bought both then saw there was no air filter installed - and now upon inquiring a different bot tells me this model doesnt require an air filter. Now I opened a part I dont need and have to figure out how to cancel that subscription.

The water filter is great. The air filter did not fit my refrigerator. I had to cut open the plastic frame and remove the innards those fit in the slot. I had an impossible time getting LG site to identify what my refrigerator needed. Ive never dealt with a maker not being able to ID my model and what it needs You have QR codes in the refrigerator why do you not have the capabilities to scan that and have the appropriate items pop up?

Finding the correct filter was very easy. It gives peace of mind to have auto delivery set up as well. We received both filters very quickly. The water filter was very easy to change. The filter inside the refrigerator has proved to be a bit more of a challenge. Mostly because the door does not come off easily and we dont want to break it.

I purchased these items IN STOCK online on Monday 7-15-24 and paid for expedited shipping to get these items on Wednesday 7-17-24. On Wednesday I did not receive my package. I called on Monday 7-22-24 and still had not received my package. LG stated it was shipped on Friday 7-19-24 but did not show as shipped in tracking information. LG stated I should receive the items in a few days. I called LG on Friday 7-26-24 to cancel my order and receive a refund. I still had not received my items after 2 weeks WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING. I am still waiting for a refund for these items plus the expedited expense I paid. I cancelled due to locating a store locally that had the items in stock and items were replaced in one day. Thanks LG. I will not be using your website again. Im sure the product wasnt poor but the service sure was

Filters are awesome subscription service sucks. I have been subscribed to the air and water filter service for a couple years now. Every so often the filters will not go through and because the online services are limited you need to call. It took 5 different phone calls to get my water filter sent and I will need to start another subscription six months from now.

Wrong Filters for the Frig

the air filter is not the correct filter for my frig. I was told that LG was aware of this issue but it has not been resolved. My filter has a rectangular casing and a slanted filter. This filter is a square and clearly does not fit my filter case. How can LG now this and not have resolved this issue. I may have to return the refrigerator since I cannot get the proper filters. Even sent an email to the VP no response yet. And I dont even have enough room to write about the customer service in the returns department. Wanted me to pay for return shipping when its LGs fault I have the incorrect filter. I then had to take pictures and provide proof that it was their website that suggested the filters. Total communication breakdown at this organization. then when I finally got the shipping approved they could not send the shipping label in the proper format. Took a week and still could not get it resolved.

Wrong part wrong holder wrong reaction.

I dont know about the product because it doesnt fit the holder. Apparently LG had several refrigerator versions that used a different holder but didnt tell the consumers or their parts suppliers that things had changed. They still havent. They can figure out who has them and proactively reach out but they are stuck in reactive mode and making a lot of people either mad or befuddled and using the wrong filter and/or holder. Very bad management. Im getting the right one sent to me but how many arent?

Look at air filter housing before buying

Air filter does not fit the model LRFLC2706 refrigerator. The design of the air filter housing does not allow for square plastic charcoal holder as it is NOT SQUARE. Technical support was not helpful and gave me a part number and referred me back to LG site.

Filter LT120F does not fit our Filter Cover

Our LG model LCFC26Xs/00 manual says to replace the air filter with #LT120F. We ordered 4 but this filter does not fit the filter cover in our refrigerator. We called were directed to the weblink to order a different filter cover. When entering the model serial number it says our model does not need a different cover - not true LT120F is longer wider thicker than the space for it in the filter cover. We either need a different filter or a different filter cover. Now what do we do???????

Really nice clean refrigerator with well thought out adjustable space. Really appreciate the two ice makers. The one in the door takes minimal space while there is a small space sacrifice for the craft ice maker in the lower freezer but worth it. Really like the round cube ice. The unit stays very clean as well. It really is finger print less.
