We live our purchase This new range is very efficient. The over gets to the temperature very quickly. No waste of time there. The notification of the app is very useful. You dont have to worry to hear the beep sound when the temperature is reached. The remote app allows us to start the oven from distance. Which is great too.

I am very disappointed in my new LG Stove for several reasons. I never could get the WIFI to work. It is hard to use the settings for example to put the over on 400 you have to turn it on and then hit the up button multiple times or hold it down and watch it fly through the settings. My old stove was so easy you could just key in the temperature as it was totally digital no dials. Some of the knobs go 360 degrees for the temperatures 1 to high the other two knobs only go 180 degrees but BOTH directions. Why arent they consistent? The 5th burner is just a warming burner cannot cook on it like my old stove. It is basically useless. I do like how big the oven is and the blue interior that is very nice. However I can no longer broil and leave the oven door cracked. I need to watch it closely when I am on broil and every other oven Ive ever had said to leave the door cracked when broiling. Not this one it will not cook if the door is cracked even when broiling. One good point the big window is nice and very clear to see food however the light will only stay on 2 minutes thats it. The book says to save electricity are you kidding me?? I am not happy with this purchase. I wish I would have just repaired my old oven which had no knobs all electronic and it had all the features that this one does not have.

I really like many features on this range. I am disappointed in the drawer under the oven. It is pretty flimsy and doesnt shut completely. The warranty doesnt cover the glass top if you drop something on it. It is under a microwave and so I put a pad over the top of the glass to protect it from any accidental fall. I love the oven and the 5 burners. It takes some getting used to though.

I bought our stove last month and I am beyond thrilled. The little chime is my favorite. Everyone that sees the cobalt blue interior comments on how pretty it is. We are still mastering the air fryer option but we cooked a whole chicken last week and it tasted like a rotisserie.

My wife and I bought 3 amazing LG products that we fell in love with. The above the range microwave is a great addition for those quick times when my wife and daughter need a quick way to heat up coffee or a snack. I fell in love with the dishwasher since Im the one who is constantly doing them. As for the range both my wife and I love cooking together and the ease of operation makes things so much better for us. We had a counter top airfryer but now we use the range with much better use and quality. We would recommend LG products to everyone for the quality ease of operation and the beautiful styles.

Really nice stove with great features. The air fryer mode worked great with no mess. Should have included the air fryer pan for what the stove cost. Only complaint would be the drawer is flimsy and cheap. Wont take much to dent it.

I bought this in October and dsnt work bought extended warranty no one in my area they say to come repair paid all this money no help no working stove getting a lawyer if you have no lgvrepaie man in a certain area dnt sell ext warranty worst customer service over bet experienced 4 months 7 calls no call back took day I off work said was scheduled but never showed up lost days pay on top of that. And wont even give me authorization to have lowes pick up and bring working stove

This is my third review of the same item The range works fine but is tricky to set some controls with the temperature for baking and the clock. My main disappointment is in the storage tray - as I have said several times The tray is made of thin metal not sturdy. It is difficult to open as there isnt room to pull it from the top of it so it has to be grabbed from the bottom. It is very small compared to most drawers and is narrower and less deep. The main problem is that part of the range outside wall extends into the drawer area limiting the height of the space and prevents placing normal cake pans inside of it. If you want yet another review - keep asking I wont change my mind

We have had it about a month. Im happy with the stove top but not the oven. Have read instructions. Tried to follow correctly. Things are not baking correctly. Watched the videos. Have tried to calibrate several times and bake again. Still not baking correctly. All bread are not brown on bottom. Have tried to bake meat twice and cant get it done. Called support They told me to unplug or turn off breaker and wait 3 minutes before reconnecting. Done that. Lost my connection with them after waiting 3 min Tried to calibrate again. Still not baking correctly. I will be getting in touch with someone soon. I would like to have an oven that works properly.

We have used our LG range for well over a year and it has function very well except for one problem. The numbers on the control panel dials on the left side have disappeared and those are dials we do not often use. We do not need to touch those numbers to turn the dial so I do not know why they disappeared.

We bought our stove over a year ago the more I cook on it the less I like it. The eyes cycle on 15 seconds off for 18. The stove is great if youre pan searing a piece of chicken but anything youre doing for any length of time its awful. It almost always boils over on almost every single eye not just the ultra heat. It takes forever when youve finally gotten it to boil to then bring down to a simmer. Youre either battling it up or battling it to go down again.
The only reason I gave it a 3 star was because the oven is great. Its big and roomy I have not one complaint.
I attempted to water can this summer you can forget that because you cannot get a consistent amount of heat out of the eye to bring it up to temp. Water canners are large you cant use the small eye alone as it was it took over an hour for the water to begin to simmer.
The same goes for cooking anything big like a pot of chili or a pot of soup. The minute you walk away from it it boils over. If you bring it down you can sit there and watch it continue to boil for a minute or more so you have to keep pulling the pot off of the eye. Its crazy.
The top glass is gorgeous but it never seems to stay clean even with a glass cooktop cleaner. I dont even mind that if the burners wouldnt go crazy. I will never buy another glass top electric stove again I wouldve been less frustrated running gas in the house or buying the old ugly stoves with the raised elements. I did my research before purchasing. I dont know maybe I cook more than others but this stove is out the door as soon as I can save for another. I honestly dont remember when Ive ever left a negative review and if you dont cook much this stove would be wonderful for you. If you cook a lot I think you might find youre going to be as frustrated as Ive been.

LG offered great options and provided good value. Bought new stove with convection and air fryer options. Value compared to other brands was good and have had great reliability with my LG front load washer the last 8 years. Sticking with LG on new appliance purchases for this reason.

Ive been working with my new oven to get it to bake or air fry correctly or even in a minimally acceptable way without success for a month.
Because LG has a reputation for quality and the oven has many features I assumed I was the problem.
Ive:
-read all provided documentation and support guides multiple times
-spent literally hours doing test bakes including a whole afternoon experimenting with 6 batches of homemade pizza crust using both metal pans and pizza stones - adjusting the three different functions - using regular bake convection with differing rack heights and air fry to troubleshoot issues
This is my frustration with the oven:
-Air fryer function doesnt work at all - it only warms food
-Regular bake the oven burns most food on the top but the bottom is uncooked
-Convention mode alternately slowly bakes burns on the outside but leaves the inside nearly uncooked
And the LG app functions as poorly as the oven:
-Registered our new LG products on the app only to have them delete themselves on two occasions
Im exhausted and disappointed with both LG products we also bought a fridge - while I dont like the way it works it does work the LG app malfunctions and the slow customer service responses through the app.

I purchased our LG stove about six months ago and appreciate the accuracy of its performance.
Ive had to learn how to bake all over again.
The oven is very particular about location.
Not only must the temperature be accurately set the rack level is equally important. While it takes time to learn how to use it once revealed the result is delightful.

The drawer is so poorly done. Its so thin flimsy no handler. The top of the stove is made out of material that will leave marks after one use and you cant clean it up

We had looked around for an electric stove for quite some time. So as we studied many reviews on line we kept hearing the name LG So after researching the company and the product we found that they had a great reputation for kitchen appliances in the US and also Korea.
Also we found one that not only served our purpose at home but also had convection capabilities.
We decided to go with LG and we believe that it was the best choice so much so that we decided to purchase an LG French door refrigerator and also an LG Dishwasher as well
We have not regretted our decision as we believe that LG is the best product for the money

Oven works nicely but the glass top is very cheap glass clouds easily and never looks clean no matter how properly I clean. Oven racks are flimsy and chrome is super super think and easy to scratch. Not happy with the quality of the product.

Love everything about it. However the cook too has some scratches and a small divot around the front right burner. Its still under warrenty so should be replaced but service/Warrenty department has stopped replying to my request for replacement. Not sure why since I sent them pictures and have been respectful and patient.
