Poor design

This has to be one of the most frustrating pieces of equipment to work with (10 - 15 minutes my foot!). For a 4" diameter duct why do you have a 4" diameter hose. Why not make the hose 1/8" bigger so that it fits on the duct? The clamps were no picnic to work with either. I accidentally released one of the ends as I was trying to fit it on the hose and shot my left thumb... now there's blood and sweat on the laundry room floor!
